PRESENTATION GUIDELINES > Poster presentations

Poster must be in portrait A0 format (84.1 cm width x 118.9 cm height). Clips will be provided to mount the posters on board. Conference boards do not allow displaying poster in landscape or larger than A0. Printing will not be possible on the conference site.

Poster presentations will take place in rooms RE and RG on Tuesday 9^th (dedicated time: 14-15h30) and Wednesday 10^th (10h30-11h) for Session 1 and on Wednesday 10^th (14-15h30) and Thursday 11^th (10h30-11h for Session 2 *. Presenters of session 1 will be asked to set up posters on boards during Tuesday 9^th lunch break and those of session 2, during Wednesday 10^th lunch break. Please, refer to the program to know on which session and in which room you will present your poster.

English is the recommended language for posters.
